Make a prediction about a count change. Use the table to check rates before interpreting the graph.
Challenges
- Keep counts fixed and change the vertical-axis baseline. What changes, and what remains the same?
- Make the groups have equal support rates with different supporter counts.
- Explain why the combined rate is not generally the simple average of two group rates.
