Labs
Each lab is a working model. Change one slider at a time and say what you expect the graph to do before you look.
- Topics 1.12, 2.3, 2.4, 2.7, 2.11, 2.12, 3.5 and 3.6 Function Grapher Move a, b, c and d in g(x) = a f(b(x + c)) + d and watch a polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic or sine graph transform.
- Topics 1.14, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.14 Model Builder Fit a linear, quadratic, cubic, quartic, exponential or logarithmic regression to a small data set, then read the residual plot to decide whether the model is appropriate.
- Topics 3.2 to 3.4 Unit Circle Drag a point around a circle to see an angle's terminal ray, its sine, cosine and tangent, exact values at multiples of π/6 and π/4, and the sine or cosine graph traced as the angle turns.
